Now again, clearly this refers to Jesus, Christ, the Messiah. He’s going to rule the world with a rod of iron. He’s also going to be caught up to the throne. What happened after the crucifixion, after the resurrection? Jesus appeared for 40 days. 40 days later, He was ascended to heaven where He’s now seated at the right hand of the Father. So, He’s caught up to the throne. He’s going to come back again. He’s going to rule the world. He’s going to rule the world with a rod of iron.
